The short answer to - what law? - is all of them. Mobbing is violating human rights.
Judging by the actions of the persons in the memo, the collaboration began sometime around the end of 2013.
The parties demanded my resignation in November 2014.
When I asked why, I was confronted with absurd accusations and insults. I was locked out. Then the parties began to openly circulate false and misleading claims (s. Attachment C) about me and their actions toward me.
In spreading verifyably false information and slander these parties have violated human rights as well as pretty much all civil and penal code in place to protect human rights in Germany, including but not limited to:
- workers rights (Arbeitsschutzgesetz),
- right to fair process (Sächsische Personalvertretungsgesetz),
- employer’s obligation of loyalty (Fürsorge-/Sorgfaltspflicht nach Arbeitsschutzgesetz und §619 BGB),
- data protection (Datenschutz),
- libel, slander, fraud and bending the law(Strafgesetz),
- false and misleading statements in court (Zivilprozessordnung),
- anti-discrimination (Allgemeine Gleichbehandlungsgesetz),
- protection against unjust firing (Kündigungsschutzgesetz),
- holiday law (Bundesurlaubsgesetz), and of course,
- German Basic Law (Grundgesetz).
Article 1 Line 1 - Human dignity shall be inviolable. To respect and protect it shall be the duty of all state authority.
Did I mention I worked for a municipally owned and operated financial institute - a Sparkasse?
Did I say - just like an in-law? That was unfair even to the stereotype of in-laws.
The law is clear. That having been said, it is easily undermined by denials, lies, slander , privilege snd prejudice.
So why is that?
